About Trill Farm

Trill Farm is a 300 acre mixed organic farm set in the rolling hills and woodlands of east Devon, close to the Jurassic coast. Romy Fraser and her family bought the farm in 2007 with the aim of developing an education centre, and community of small businesses based on the farm, working together to use resources of the diverse landscape. We are committed to sharing our experience, land and food with our guests. Through our courses, events, activity weeks, guesthouse and campsite, we provide the opportunity for people to interact with nature, learn sustainable living skills, and eat nutritious home-grown food.

About The Trill Trust

The Trill Trust is an education charity based at the Farm, which aims to inspire healthy and responsible living, and to teach skills needed to live lightly on the land.

About Romy Fraser OBE

Romy Fraser trained as a school teacher in the late ‘60s and subsequently spent six years at Kirkdale School in South London. Whilst working with various community literacy programmes and bringing up two daughters, in 1981, she set up Neal’s Yard Remedies. The business grew to become one of the country’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of organic cosmetics and natural medicines. She led the company through a major move to a purpose built eco-factory in Dorset, established educational courses, co-authored books and sold the business in 2005 in order to set up a training centre to develop skills needed for a healthy and sustainable future. Awarded an OBE and doctorates for work contributed to business and natural health.
