Come and spend a relaxed morning learning about the basic principles of baking bread, and making fantastic crackers with Chris Onions in The Old Dairy Kitchen.

During this practical workshop you will work along side Chris to create your own take home crusty farmhouse loaf.

We will also prepare a selection of different crackers to be shared with some Old Dairy dips at lunch.

After a lovely two-course lunch there will be time for a walk around Trill before packing up your bread and crackers to take home.
