As a result of purchase of ticket and entry onto the festival site all ticket holders consent to the following: 

1. No admission without a ticket. 
2. Tickets are non transferable between 26th - 29th July 2013
3. Do not leave money or valuables in your tents or cars as thieves may operate. 
4. All ticket holders and crew agree to comply to any searches which we deem necessary to their person, luggage or equipment. 
5. People with disabilities interested in using the disabled facilities at the festival should contact us at post@trillfarm.co.uk or 01297 631113. 
6. Under 16s including must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. Maximum of four under 16s to each adult. 
7. Photo ID regarding the age of adults and children attending may be requested at the gate. 
8. There is a car park by the farm entrance. No vehicles are allowed into the farm or to the campsites. We will provide transportation from the car park to the campsites. Please pack with this in mind. 
9. Tipi accommodation must be obtained from Black Dog Tipis, which is a separate organisation from Trill. Trill is therefore not responsible for any problems arising. See their website www.blackdogtipis.co.uk. 
10. Gypsy wagon accommodation must be obtained from Wild Compass, which is a separate organisation from Trill. Trill is therefore not responsible for any problems arising. See their website www.wildcompass.co.uk.
11. Activities and workshops are subject to change. 
12. No animals, sound systems, glass bottles, open fires, or tin foil barbeques allowed on site.
13. Trespassing on adjoining private property will result in expulsion. 
14. Ticket holders consent to the filming, sound recording and photography of themselves as part of the event. 
15. Tickets will not be refunded in any circumstances, other than the total cancellation of the event, when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. 
16. Rights of admission reserved. 
17. Ticket holders enter at their own risk. 
18. Dangerous behaviour, fly pitching or sale of any other goods or other unauthorised trading will result in immediate expulsion from the site. 
19. Trill Farm & The Trill Trust has no liability for the loss or damage of vehicles, goods or other materials belonging to guests and crew attending Trill Summer Festival. 
20. You are permitted to bring alcohol for your own personal consumption into the camp-sites but not into the event area.  
21. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we suspect of bringing in alcohol not for personal consumption.


By accessing to and browsing from www.trillsummerfestival.co.uk (this "Site"), you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions herein, and you acknowledge that to the extent they are inconsistent herewith, any other agreements between you and The Trill Trust are superseded and of no force or effect.
